Dr Irene Ruderman

Dr Irene Ruderman is a Nephrologist and General Physician.
Graduating from the University of Adelaide with the University Medal, Irene returned to Victoria to undertake her specialist nephrology training at the Alfred Hospital and the Royal Melbourne Hospital. After finishing training, she went on to complete post-doctoral studies in mineral bone metabolism in chronic kidney disease at the University of Melbourne.
Irene holds a public consultant appointment in the Royal Melbourne Hospital’s Nephrology Department, where she is actively involved in research, clinical trials and teaching. She also provides private inpatient general nephrology, renal biopsy and peri-operative care at Melbourne Private Hospital and Epworth Richmond Hospital.
